Are not all people loved by God reguardless? No matter what that person does or believes, they are still loved. Baptism is important, but whether or not the person is baptized will not stop God from loving them.

No. It is an outward sign of obedience and a public testimony. One doesn't get baptized to be saved. Only accepting the blood of Jesus and full repentance does that. But one does get baptized to show that they are saved.

It is not water baptism that is required, but baptism of the heart. If you have accepted the new life in Christ, then the old you is buried, just like you are metaphorically buried during baptism.

No. God so loved the world that He gave His son Jesus as a sacrifice for our sins while we were still sinners. This is love given to us without any requirements such as baptism.

God already loves us, He loved us even before we were borned, He knew each of us..When a person gets baptized they are dying to the world and they raise up to be a new creature in christ..So being baptized has nothing to do with God loving you because He already loves you..Blessings

No, God loves us unconditionally.
Baptism is an outward sign of what has already taken place, in that person, that they have died to their old way of life, and rose again to newness of life in Jesus Christ.
