Hi,
im tryin to lose between 20-30 pounds by July. I know that Aeorobics and Pilates are a great way to lose weight, so I plan on doing Aerobics 2 times a week, and Pilates 3. Then either walking or running everyday. And of course eating right. I just want to know will it be possible to lose that much by July, with this schedule. Any one with some type of experience like that...help a sistah out! lol Thanks!!

exercise only stimulates the muscles and metabolism, ultimately the diet will decide how lean a person is. the diet has a greater overall effect on the endocrine system then does exercise. and the endocrine system governs the human body

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

More does not always equal better. Unless you are training for a specific thing, the quality of the workout is what will give you the best results. To loose about 20 pounds you will need to eat more if you plan on keeping that work out schedule. You don't want your body to go into starvation mode.

Although, Pilates is pretty low impact. Good luck either way. Stay away from sugar!

I recently lost 35 lbs. in two months by working out 5 x's a week walking and running on my treadmil. Also, watching what I ate played a major part. I stopped eating sugar and chips which are my weakness. I feel and look great and to be honest my husband said I even stopped snoring. Hope that helped.

you dont have to make a three digit number your weight loss goal aim for a certain dress size or waist measurement
