Anyone that claims to have met a "god" SERIOUSLY needs to check into a mental institute.

I haven't met God personally yet, but one day I will, and so will you and everyone else, and many will regret not knowing him before. And it seems to me that it will be very soon. I haven't met the devil personally either, but I've seen his work. Just look at some of the questions and answers here at Y!, and all of the things happening in the world.
God bless!
PS: Have you met either?

John 6:44 speaks of the true God whereas John 8:44 speaks of the other one of 2 Corinthians 4:4. If you have anymore question about the God of Love, Power, Wisdom and Justice, why don't you read the only book claiming divine inspiration, the Bible as it contains ever evidence of the truth of that question as well as any other question about life, the real life, that you might have... even about the fact that the dead are conscious of nothing at all, until the resurrection... that "hell" is nothing more than the "grave". Peace!

Absolutely.
I used to be one of his children.
Now I'm one of His children.
"As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our sinful nature and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature objects of wrath. But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus."
(Ephesians 2:1-7)
What's the Devi like?
"You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies."
(John 8:44)

Yes, I have met both. I have never "seen" God, however. but I have seen Satan.
Satan is very fiendish and has ulterior motives all the time.
God is very loving and cares for my best interests.
