Including high protein, do i need to eat more calories then what i burn in order to gain muscle...

i'm 5'1", 98 pounds and am looking to gain some much needed muscle....... i'm planning on doing easy weightlifting at the gym for 10 minutes and a few sets of daily lunges and push ups............how many calories should i be eating? i pretty much lead a sedentary lifestyle.

10 minutes of exercise will no next to nothing in terms of stimulating the muscles or the cns. if you only have 10 minutes to exercise you may want to think about loosening up your schedule a little.
