It's Portuguease, and rather badly spelt, with some letters missing:
It should read: "quanto mais pessoas a minha volta mais sozinha eu me sinto...Ninguem está aqui,são apenas corpos"
It means:
"The more people there are around me the lonelier I feel. There's nobody here, only bodies".
The apparent pun in the last line (".....there's nobody here, only bodies....") is not actually present in the Portuguese and occurs simply by a coincidence of translation into English.
