With the templates that NASCAR supplies the teams, it wouldn't matter to me if BMW or VW or Honda was on the track. It would be better if they were true stock cars like back inthe day though. However, with the way today's cars are made, that wold be impossible.

As far as you being a car snob--I wouldn't agree, you probably miss the "stock" in stock car racing like I do.

I'd like to be a snob against more than cars that America takes in. Clinton passing that foreign trade bill just made it worse and and I look at everything too see if it is Made IN The USA and you don't see that much anymore.Wal-Mart was one of the biggest rip-offs America's ever putting up with.I can't stand them and the way they treat their workers, but we sit right here on our A** and let these things come on here. All the home -town businesses are run out and they move right in. Low Price and Low Quality. I talked to a lady that works there yesterday and they have put a block on all their wages, no matter if you work there 30-years.She said everything was beginning to go up in all the W-Mart Stores. I hate em". I'd proudly be a snob, and don't care. I'm sick of our people being left with no jobs and our country taking in junk to sell.

You're definitely not a car snob ... car snobs have the good sense not to get their panties in a wad over the crappy products Chevy and Ford have been pumping out for the last twenty years.

Yes, what's important is whether or not money is being reinvested into our country. Some people just go for the best car or best car value.
