When he's on my hand he's appeased but when I try to pet him he bights me. He's a terrorist! He use to sit on my bed and to clean his plumage ( he's so cute ^__^ ) and he likes to be petted but when he gets out from the bed he's wild! ....And I tryed to give him to eat some apple and he's scared of apples! It's good to give him to eat carrots or apples?

I used to raise blue head pionus . They were mostly very tame when hand fed from very small on . Some species often do not remain tame. I had a Mexican double yellow head parrot for 18 years He was a hand fed tame baby , but became very aggressive when he matured and remained that way no matter what I did . I finally had enough of the bloody bites and gave him away cage and all . He was a terrific talker and that's why I put up with it so long .
To you I would say: quit petting him or else put up with the biting . It's not what you want to hear but I am doubtful that you can cure him. (Do not hit your parrot) ;
It would help if you could tell us what kind of parrot it is !
Mine ate people food , chicken, pork chops, vegetables all kinds, fruit and even pizza .
Never give them avocados or parsley.
Good luck and perhaps someone will come up with a solution .

both carrots and apples are good for your bird, but NO avocado or chocolate, avoid tomato and other acidic stuff. also don't feed them salty things or fatty or sugary treats.

sounds like ur parrot really likes you! lol I think the only reason he's biting you is cause he's nervous and unsure of you still. when you are bonded he won't bite at all. I used to care for a Quaker Parakeet, she bit only a few times during the initial bonding and what I did to get her to stop that was nip back at her beak with my pointer and thumb, usually in a playful manner (not grabbing it, but just softly teasing, showing I can do the same thing and there is no need to play like that) but never try to scare them, just tap lightly on the beak and then give the beak a kissy and tell her / him she's being naughty and he should stop that. remember after you do something that could potentially scare him (but NEVER hurt your baby, just guide him) give him lots of love to show you are the one that loves and cares for him and that he should trust you.

remember to talk with him a lot, ask him "how you doin?" like during an "akward silence" or when u walk into the room, he will pick up on it and do it during those times that you would say it..... gosh they are so smart, they really pick up on subtle ques and seem to know what is going on at all times...

they get lonely and depressed, will even self-mutilate if you stop playing with them as much as you once did, so keep him close to you in heart mind and body always!!!!! they're very sensitive.

anyways have fun with your new friend, he sounds like a total riot! : D

Please read the websites I had mentioned below. Best of Luck.
Also do not do wing clipping please. I am mentioning in each questions relating to the birds. I never did to my parrots. Wings are the most beautiful part of the birds. They are the hands. When ones clips then it is like cutting the hands of the humans. Wings make them balance the birds while walking or for their defence or showing expression like they love washing their wings with water. It is a pleasure to watch this. Pass this message to the birds lovers too.
I do not know if the wings grow back or not but better not to do clipping.
Trim the feathers of the birds. Need professional help.

Hard to say it might be for protection since he is from the wild.
