Have what I'm having.

Key West Chicken

This recipe from the Florida Keys has been given to almost everyone I know. It is the best marinade for chicken, and it only takes 30 minutes from prep till you can grill! It's a great blend of flavors with honey, soy sauce and lime juice.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Lime juice
1 teaspoon Chopped garlic
4 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preparation
In a shallow medium dish, blend soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice and garlic. Place chicken breast halves into the mixture.Marinate in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Place marinated chicken on the prepared grill. Cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.

I suggested this idea for someone else, and it almost got me a best answer!! I think you might like it, too.

Chicken Bruschetta
2 # Chicken breasts
1/2 c olive oil
2 T minced garlic
1 T dried basil leaves
salt and pepper
__________________
Frozen Garlic texas toast
Finley shredded mozzerella
5 Roma tomatoes
1 Bunch Fresh Basil
1 T minced garlic
1/4 c. Olive oil
salt and pepper

Take the first set of ingredients and put in a plastic bag to marinate. Only marinate for 1-1 1/2 hours. Preheat the grill.
While the grill is heating up, chop the romas into a fine dice. Combine in a small bowl with the basil, garlic, oil and salt and pepper. Set aside.
Grill the chicken breasts until the internal temperature reaches 165. Set aside to rest.
Grill the texas toasts, they take only about 1 minute on each side if thawed. Watch them carefully, to make sure they don't burn.
Slice the chicken breasts against the grain. Keep warm.
To assemble:
Take the garlic toast, and place the sliced chicken on top. Sprinkle the chicken with the shredded mozzerella. Top with the tomato relish.

I served this with grilled asparagus also. It was a real winner in my house!!! Enjoy!

I'm not sure if im going to order some delivery(Chinese)
Or cook......
If i cook it would be something simple like fettacine alfredo w/ chicken and veggies...with garlic bread

Or i'll make a pizza.

Where its getting close to dinner, I would probably fire up a grill(Ive got a foreman grill, and a charcoal)..and make some burgers

My burger recipe:
1 pound of ground beef
1 cup of crushed crackers
1 cup of shredded cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup of diced mushrooms
Pepper(optional to taste)
Chili Powder(optional to taste,adds kick)

Mix all together in a bowl. Toss onto a charcoal grill, foreman grill or just in a fry pan. Let cook until desired doneness....add cheese on top.
Serve on a bun with tomato, lettuce and desired condiments.

Just run to the store and get some salad(potato or macaroni) from the deli .

For Dessert get some strawberries, dice them, mix in a bowl with some sugar....Spoon onto slices of angel food cake(bakery usually has this) and whipped cream.

Great dinner!!!

Stir-fry of course! It's perfect for two, it's easy to cook as you just have to chuck a load of whatever into the pan and it tastes delicious.
