its ok to stare, if ur paying attention to what she is sayin. it makes no sense for a girl to show every thing and not want u to look.

When a person is very attractive, it is hard not to look at them. But staring, leering, drooling, taking pictures, etc. is rude.
If this is a stranger passing by in a public place, then casual glances are acceptable (but if you are with another girl, I recommend that you don't be too obvious or you'll find yourself in trouble).
If it is someone you are speaking to, make sure to maintain eye contact. We like to be respected for our personalities and intelligence, not just our cup size or other physical features.
However, there are some people who dress very provocatively; and if that is the case, they have no right to complain if others stare.

uh..ok.If a guy EVER started drooling over me and took pictures,i would totally call the cops.That is calle being a stalker..now must girls love the stares..but dont breathe heavily.Or just look at her inconspicuosly.DONT STARE,AND PLEEEASE DONT DROOL! you should know that staring is kinda flirty, if you are smooth about it. But drooling and panting is a major turn off.That is called lust..that means that you are sex-craved and women will stray away from you.. you might be at that age where you just cant resist.but please try! oh,and dont stare at her boobs.. and try not to touch a girl you dont know..so many guys have sued for that.just remember..eyes on,hands off! :)

No, it's not wrong to stare. But not everyone appreciates it. Especially when accompanied by any kind of commentary or whistling. And please, don't take a picture without asking permission. It's just creepy.

it's not wrong to stare, as long as you don't look like an obsessed maniac ( i mean don't stare that obvious), because every girl feels flattered when a guy stares at her, but to a point.

I never mind the stares, but heavy breathing makes me crack up, and never, NEVER touch! The first time I had my butt grabbed, I thought it was a pick pocket LOL! That's just too much.

Don't "stare" with scary eyes or anything,
look how you normally would.
And if she looks at you just smile and look away.
Just makes sure there aren't other people watching you.

who is 'she'? if she's a stranger, then its absolutely wrong to stare, its very rude. if she's a friend, then you are making it extremely awkward to be with you. if she's your girlfriend, staring can be a complicate, but not too much of it. it will start looking weird.

Its okay too look at her, but if you do it a lot, she will think you are a stalker and will reject you. Ask for her picture instead of taking it.
