I would look at shower curtain liners. I have one that is both mildew resistant and opaque. You would have to cut it down to fit you windows. Simple hems, and your done. Go to a Linen "n" Things, or Bed, Bath and Beyond for the best selection.

www.sailrite.com has everything you need.......

we just made side surtains out of Phisotex ( sp?).a narrow weave scrim that is mildew resistant and cuts 90% of the sunlight....you can see out but THEY cant see in!
