george bush has no plans for iraq. the president of the united states of america has a plan. the difference between the two is that if american citizens honour iraquis who are trying to live their life as americans do, then, more iraquis will be able to visit and maybe stay in the usa.
As far as georges plans go, will be measured by how he himself will help any iraquis, or anyone in his family who helps iraquis.
there is no difference between gods plan for iraquis and georges, both plans have them being law abiding citizens.

President Bush's plan for Iraq may one day actually exist. I believe there is no god, so I don't believe a plan by god could exist.
