Can't find that word in my dictionary.
Could you mean "canilla"? That means a long bone such as the arm or leg, or faucet or spool. Also, it can mean a slender leg or calf. It's the name of a small village in Spain, by the way.

"Cartilla" means primer; or note or short letter.

P.S. -- I know I'll get a thumb's down but I was trying to help. :)

Cantilla does not appear to be a word in Spanish, but it is a name of a person or address that I have found on Spanish language websites.

Isn't it "cartilla"?
Cantilla is not even at the Royal Academy of Spanish Language dictionary...

That is not a Spanish word.

It can be anything if you mispelled it.

cartilla, canilla, mantilla, capilla, casilla, etc.
