Okay, there are a few things I want to tell you.
1. He's probably a 30 year old looking for sum loli goodness
2. Say you're with the FBI, and he should just stay at his computer, push this ruse too far, then never talk to him again, pull your computer out of the wall, and hide in a corner.
3. Get some mace and ask him out, bring some friends and meet him in a public place, if he's 30, or creepy, mace him, tell him to go jump in a lake and run.

why shouldn't the girl ask out the guy?
but that isn't really your question
flirt with him and everything on th internet but you must meet him for quite a while before you commit.
Ask him to have lunch with you or something.

Gee bud I can tell you how many times this same situation has happend to me. My advice is to not ask him out. You never know what someone you can't see does behind your back. In other words, you may be able to trust him while you are talking to each other but odd chances while you are parted.

Sorry to sound like your parents, but that is way dangerous. He may seem nice when you talk to him online, but he could be a total pervert (sorry to sound harsh) who could kidnap and rape you.
Now if you know that he goes to your school or work, whatever the case may be, it would be safer to ask him out, but you wouldn't really know how he acts with other people....
But please, for your safety, don't meet up with this guy. =(

be careful. Don't meet him alone or privately. Meet him if you must with friends around and at a mall or someplace very public. There are dangerous people out there. There is no need of taking chances with your life. Please be careful!
