I cannot come up with an exact number. A huge percentage of people believe in God. There are more people in the world who believe in God than those who don't.

I love God and i dont know how many people do. But God is worth loving because after all the things he does for everyone.

the latest surveys tell us that over 90% of people in the world today believe in the existence of God or some higher power. however, whether they LOVE the true God is a different story and would be too hard to estimate

Do you mean the one, true Living God? If so, those who follow his commandments and teachings demonstrate their love for Him.
If you mean any god, here in Calgary, like the rest of the world, all people love their god. Unfortunately for most people in Calgary, their god is the almighty dollar!
Loving any god who is not the true, Living God, results in an eternity away from Him.

a lot of people pretend to KNOW god, and to love someone, you should know them
so, i bet a lot of people pretend to love a god, too. even though, pretending to know and love a god that you cannot possibly know is rather ridiculous. unless you need a boost to your self-esteem.

millions and statistics say 2.3 billion but many of them only know Jesus in their head
and some muslims have come to love and know God too cause if you dont know him personally -its impossible to truely love him
this is what I share to help Muslims come to love God=THE COMFORTER IS THE HOLY SPIRIT AND EXPLAINED WITHIN THIS ANSWER-MOHAMED NEVER WAS THE HOLY SPIRIT
YOU HAVE AS I DID CHOSEN TO REJECT THE TRUTH-SO ONE DAY UNLESS YOU CHANGE LIKE I DID YOU WILL BE IN HELL GNASHING TEETH WEEPING FOREVER as Jesus explains in Revelation 1:1 3:19&20 and chapters 19-22 along with saying if you add to my words you will have plagues-maybe even Shiites blowing up Sunnis mosques since 2006 the golden mosque and dragging each others leaders out into the street and murdering them, along with those who reject Jesus words to love your enemies-let alone kill the infadels by muslim terrorists.
YOU SAY YOU BELIEVE JESUS but u dont-you say that the HOLY SPIRIT who is the promised comforter John chapters 12&14 -is not the Holy Spirit that we recieve when we pray and let Jesus into our heart to forgive our sins repenting and be born again with Jesus now our best friend John chapter 3 & 10 also.
You hold to a man that would be in prison today -when Jesus said one man for one woman-Mohamed chose a 9 year old little girl to join against Jesus teachings with his other wives when he was 40.
Jesus is my savior Messiah as Isaiah promised and best friend
Isaiah 9:6 "Unto us a child is born a Son is given, and he will be almighty God and the prince of peace."\
