Can I use a bundt pan if I do not have a rim pan for cheesecake.?

The cheesecake has cottage cheese cream cheese and sour cream in it and the only thing I have is a bundt pan not a rim pan.Can I use that?

Yeah, but you would have to add all the ingredients in reverse order, so that the crust is on top. I've done it before, works beautifully.

No it will never come out of the pan...I have never heard of cottage cheese in a cheesecake..kinda of gross
