Your question is impossible to answer unless you put the word into the sentence you want to say; the English word "worked" does service for about 30 different possible Spanish words.

If you're speaking in the past tense:
Trabajó = only once ---> He worked yesterday = Él trabajó ayer.
Trabajaba = many times ----> He worked from 8 to 12 = Él trabajaba de 8 a 12.

Here you have the conjugation:

yo trabajé / yo trabajaba = I worked
tú trabajaste / tú trabajabas = you worked
él/ella trabajó / él/ella trabajaba = he/she/it worked
nosotros/as trabajamos / trabajábamos = we worked
ustedes trabajaron / trabajaban = you (plural) worked
ellos/ellas trabajaron / trabajaban = they worked

As a past participle, like in this sentence:
Él ha trabajado durante dos días = He has worked during two days.

Hope it was useful ;)

Trabajar is "to work", Trabajo is "I work" (present tense singular) Trabajaba is "I Worked" (past tense singular)

Tenses in Spanish are VERY important, so you need to use both the proper verb tense and the proper suffix to denote gender.

If you mean, in a sentence like " I worked or you worked" You say it " Yo trabaje or tu trabajastes" Trabaja is pronounced " Tra-Bah-Ha, and trabajastes is pronounced "Tra-Bah-Has-tes.

Good luck!

It depends on the personal pronoun.

Yo trabajé = I worked
tú trabajaste = you worked
él/ella trabajó = he/she worked
nosotros trabajamos = we worked
vosotros trabajasteis = you (plural) worked
ellos trabajaron = they worked
