I think it probably goes, "Damnation seize my soul if I give you QUARTER, or take any from you."

It means, "I'll be damned if I will do anything less than fight to the death."

"To give quarter" means to show leniency on the battlefield. It is often used in its opposite form, as in "they gave no quarter," meaning they took no prisoners--it was either kill or be killed.
