I would think there would be classrooms in hell. Satan isn't in the bible much, but he is in the first chapter where he helped Adam and Eve gain knowledge. God subsequently punished them for learning.

They had a show on TV where the guy wanted to go to hell because he thought he would have more fun there living a riotous life. What he got was being in a small room with an elderly couple watching their vacation slides for the rest of eternity. The first time the earth was cleaned with water. God put his people and animals in an ark. The second time the earth will be cleaned by fire and death and sin will be destroyed. Those that are saved will be removed from the earth during the cleansing process for their protection. God says to Lucifer, "I will bring thee to ashes under my feet". Everlasting means until it is gone. It is not an eternal fire. God loves us enough to know whether we would enjoy the lifestyle in heaven. He would never force us to go so will allow us to go through the second death which is complete and total separation from God and complete death. Those that are saved will not have to go through the second death. So if you want your imaginary merry-go-round continue on with you inane questions and don't study the word for yourself to find out if you just might like the lifestyle in heaven. Mmm

Yes, but the amusement park will be for Satan's (and God's) amusement, not anyone else in there.
