Im 15 and 5'3, i don't want to be real skinny, but to the point where im happy with who i am im not really fat , but not skinny either Don't say eat lots of fruit, be specfic, thanx

When on a diet its important to get all your nutrients. You can eat healthy by avoiding all junk food. Don't drink soda, add more water to your diet. Set a certain amount of exercise time everyday and make sure you stick with it. Eat three small meals a day and a healthy snack between your meals. Make sure you get lots of protein in your diet such as nuts and chicken things like that. I hope this helps. Please be careful when you diet you don't want to lose to much weight at a time.

Stop eating processed foods like TV dinners. The thing is, that processed foods have a lot of salt and fat. If they're low fat, they have more salt to make up the difference in taste. If they're low salt, they have fat to make up the difference in taste. Cutting salt will drain water out of you for a fast initial loss, but cutting fat will be healthy and lead to a slow steady loss. I only weigh about five pounds more than I was when I was 18. That was 35 years ago.
