Everyone is different so it is impossible to say whether or not you will still grow. People can still grow up to the age of 18 or so, but that doesn't mean you will. I was the tallest in my class when I was 11 at 5ft 4in, but haven't grown since. It is annoying being smaller than average at times, but you will get used to it. It does have it's advantages, such as being able to duck through crowds, and hide from people you don't like in supermarkets ;)

As for men liking you, tastes vary so while you might get some flattering, and probably knowing this site, hurtful comments on here, I wouldn't worry too much. My husband is 6ft 2in, and he loves my height. On the other hand my friend is 6ft and naturally very slim, and she hates it cos she can only date tall men, as shorter ones are intimidated.

Whether you grow or not the important thing is to learn to be happy in your own skin, that will attract alot more men than your look.

Take care, Mel.

Think how lucky you are. You are just the right height for everybody. You never have to find cute shoes that don't have a heel cause it make you taller than your guy. Stand tall and be proud. Want to be taller wear heels - you still have several years to grow. Work on your attitude so when you go into the business world people will look at you as a woman who knows her stuff not that little girl over there.

There's nothing wrong with being short. Many men find it cute to date a petite woman, but taller men may like woman their own height. Don't get too preoccupied over your height, you can still be beautiful. Attractive people can come in all shapes and sizes! As far as gaining more height, usually 16 is the age that girls stop growing. But don't get discouraged, there's always heels! Be sure to dreink enough milk and get enough sleep. I used to feel the same way, but I've learned to overcome it; petite is CUTE :D

Yes. Even though some women won't admit, it does matter to the majority of women. Very few would be caught dead dating a shorter guy. As for me, I admit that I prefer taller guys but I wouldn't mind if he was my height. I can't go any shorter. I've always been a tall girl and it'd be nice to end up with a taller guy.

well, to be honest, guys dont really care about woman's height. of course, not always. guys usually aim for beautiful first or sexy first, then aim for other things. height doesnt really matter. if you ask a guy what kinda a woman he prefers, you wont hear a answer like, "I prefer a tall or a short woman". No. You would mostly get an answer like, I wanna beautiful woman or hot woman or cute or funny or whatever. if you ask a girl what kinda guy she wants, Tall guys usually comes 1st, then good looking, then funny, then strong guys, smart/intelligent guys always come last. LOL! but you are a girl, you are fine. if you are a guy, then you should be worry.
byt the way, guys have strong dignity, if he dates a girl who is taller than him, not just makes the girl look big, it also makes the guy lose confidence. LOL!

In a word NO!

I'm 4ft 9ins and in my teens dated guys who were anything from 5ft 4in to 6ft 4in. My neice is your height and her partner is 6ft 2in.
You may still grow as the normal age to stop is 20 for females. Look at your family members not your friends to see how tall you are likely to be or add your parents heights together and divide by 2, this will give a fairly close estimate for your own height.
Just be happy in yourself and that is what men will be attracted to.

I was about your height at 16 and suddenly shot up at 17.Im now 5ft 8 so you may still grow a little. Its not always good being tall as i have to date men at least 6ft.At least when you're shorter you have a bigger choice !

Height unimportant. I introduced a 6'0" guy at work to a cute neighbor 4'9". They are now married.

I'd rather date a happy girl. Cute is important, but smart, funny and comfortable with themselves make many less than perfect girls into living dolls worth a lifetime to be with.

My 5'2" sister married a guy 6'5". Her son is 6'4".

You are also a potential better dance partner, as you will be either to do throws with.

Short guys will prefer to date you, many taller guys won't care.

well it's not really a health concern now is it.

Guys don't care about height, more things like the bits that stick out (T&A) look at how many rich men date/marry women taller than them.

People are all different sizes vertically, horizontally it doesn't change who they are, they don't have less/greater chromosones or genes

there is nothing wrong with being petite. trust me you would rather be 5'2 then 6'2. there is no way to increase the height beyond the natural genetic potential

I'm 6'0 and probably the majority of women that I have dated have been from 5'0 - 5'3.
