find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Don't you mean bulimic?!?

Why would you friend consider developing an eating disorder???

That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever man!!!

I'll tell you what though.

Ask your friend to read the following link; that should make him think twice about doing something so silly, stupid and careless, not to mention detrimental to your mental & physical well-being & health and potentially dangerous too!!!

You have only ONE life to live; make sure you get it right the FIRST time!!!

Take it easy buddy!

Obviously this is not okay. Bulimia is a serious medical disorder.

Purging does not lead to weight loss. It leads to a super-slow metabolism. Most bulimics are not underweight at all. Bulimia tends to cause a weight that goes up and down.

No, it's not okay for him to make himself bullemic. Once you start that cycle, it is extremly hard to stop. If he wants to loose weight he should speak to a psycian and come up with a healthy diet plan. It is very harmful to the body to have an eating disorder.
