find something that you enjoy doing. i myself am a very aggressive and super moody person. i love drawing though, and painting, when i draw and paint, i focus on nothing but that, and it makes me very very calm, even long after ive stopped drawing. so just try different things that will make you focuse on it, and only it, nothing else. do you like sports? go play badminton, tennis, go run, go swim. go work on your dad's car. do anything once (thats not harmful to anyone) and see if it'll make you focus.

take care!

You don't say your age but it could have alot to do with the age you are at! When I was younger I was very moody and aggressive and I got into a lot of fights, and I do not recommend that! You should try to figure out what it is that triggers your moodiness and what makes you aggressive, and try to stop it before you actually become moody or aggressive. I finally found out my problem and I can control it now, but I am much older than I was and it took some time so it is something that takes time! Try to just step away when you get moody from whatever you are near end take a few deep breathes and try to calm yourself down and get back in control and go from there. Good-Luck!

At least you can acknowledge you have a problem. Some will say counseling, but it never helped me. Anger management isn't a guarantee either. Try and keep a chart of when you get angry, what brought it on, how you reacted, and on a 1-10 scale how angry you got. When you go back and look at it, you'll see that you get mad over really silly stuff. I have a terrible time with little things like red lights. I fly off the wall! I hope your not as bad as I am.

You need to be connected with Jesus Christ. Jesus loves you and you are precious to Him. Jesus died on the Cross to save all of us from condemation if we come to Him in repentance for forgiveness of sins. Heaven is our eternal home if we want it. Life is short, death is sure. Do not delay.
