Ok my 17 year old brother was perfectly fine on the afternoon of 4-26-07. He went to the mall with his girlfriend. while at the mall he and his friends were playing video games in a store. He started to shake and told them he needed to go home. so, the took him home. when they got here, at 9:30pm, my parents had to haul him out of the car and support him while he was walking. He was unstedy. He could barely talk and when he did talk his speach was slurred. so my parents rushed him to the ER. 10:00pm . When there they did a spinal tap.it turned out negitive. they tested for drugs and alcohol. negitive. he had to have a strep test because his throat was swollen. the strep test was negitive. his face was hot to touch.core temp. 103.5 pulse 156 B/p 98/36. he had 2 CT 1 for the head 1 for the throat. so at 4:30 am he was realised from the hospital. he came home and just acted like normal sick person. then on 4-28-07 (today) he went for a check up at the hospital and had

He might be having seizures--the video games may have triggered it, as you suspect.

There is not enough information to narrow down the number of possibilities. It could be any one of a large number of conditions including infections, thyroid problems, neurologic conditions, hypo/hyperglycemia, heat stroke/heat exhaustion, etc, etc. You will need to discuss narrowing down these possibilities with his doctors.
I think what you are getting at with the video games is that you think he may have had a seizure. While this is certainly still possible, there are many things that make it less likely to be a seizure (fevers are unusual in seizures except in infants, as is shaking without loss of consciousness).
As always, discuss these and any questions with your doctors. Good luck!

The first thing that comes to mind for me is low blood sugar. Was his blood sugar checked? The 2nd that comes to mind is a seizure.
Either way he will get checked out again and they will run more tests.
This isnt for you to figure out. I know that you're worried, but just try to relax and help support him.

I applaud you for your concern, but it's not you who has to figure out what's wrong, it's your brother's doctors.
All that you can do right now, and all that you MUST do right now, is to be supportive of your brother, your parents and the rest of the family. All of you need each another now.
I wish the best for all of you, and in particular for your brother's doctors in finding out what's causing this and doing something about it.

There COULD be a blood pressure problem, but someone SHOULD HAVE detected that. They'll get to the bottom of it at the hospital, don't worry---the fact that it reoccured makes that imparative.

Two things:
What was his blood sugar? Had he eaten at all that day?
Also, how long was he playing those games? It's not uncommon for extended exposure to strobe lights to cause seizures.
