I do not have a teacher and I will not take any lessons. I want to learn it by myself; is it possible?. and how can i learn it?. shall go to some websites and which ones or shall i buy some grammer books?

my advise to learn italian the fastest way would be to spend a month in italy but I understand this is not always possible.So here are a few websites you might find useful (I'm Italian, and they're not too bad honestly)

once you've learnt the basics, start by reading children books in italian, then newspapers, magazines, books, watch tv, listen to italian songs...

You should take lessons to learn the correct grammar and pronunciation. You can learn a language on the Internet, but you will probably pronounce everything wrong or always wonder how it is pronounced. The best thing to do is take Italian classes and then head off to Italy for awhile.

books, CDs, DVDs are one way to go.
rent Italian movies, too.
seek out any actual Italians in your area (Italian restaurants would be a good place to start; or a Sons of Italy chapter, if there is one) and make friends. Contact the closest college with an Italian department, and advertise for conversation buddies. Or try to join or start a MeetUp group.
