*A literal translation in the first line would be too long. Something like: OTROS PRODUCTOS QUE PODRIAN GUSTARLE

Cece used "left" in the sense of "went away".
Here it means only 3 remain =

they aren't always correct but can help you get started.
"other products" is otros productos but i don't know how to say "you might like."
"Only 3" is "solo tres" but i don't know how to say "left"... try saying "only 3 remaining" for the translator because they will tell you the word for left as in direction.
