In Luke He calms the sea and asks why the disciples didn't have faith.
In Matthew 8:21...it's another person that is talking and wanting to bury his father before following Jesus.
Matthew 10 doesn't have a verses 46-52.

Luke 8:22-25 He asked where is your faith?
Matthew 8:26 (I think you meant this one) He asked why are ye fearful, ye of little faith?

Matthew 10:46-52 No such thing. Matthew 10 ends at 42.
