like having things like ice cream and stuff. is it ok to eat those things once in awhile without gaining weight?

of course, the food pyramid says it's ok in small or moderate amounts :)

as long as you don't overdo, it's fine. we all need to splurge once in a while. buy low fat ice cream and desserts. Weight Watchers has several good ones on the market. I allow myself at least one meal a week to have whatever I want, but no more than twice a week.

Nope! Eating junk occasionally is a good way to reward ourselves for exercising regularly, eating healthy and wisely on a regular basis.

It's not bad if you only eat a little once in a while. That helps me keep on track so I don't feel deprived and pig out.
