Well as a Christian I might meditate on the phrase "God's word" as David did in Ps 119 and specifically on v 105 "Thy word is a lamp .....". In this Ps David was searching for every possible word to describe God's word. See how many you can find and meditate on each of them.
Secondly, I might meditate on the word "peace" and what that word really means for the Christian. You might want to use Rm 5.1 to start you off and which I have used to define the word peace. "Having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through Jesus Christ". Peace is that restored relationship with God. You then might want to go to Isa 26.3 "Thou dost give him perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee" and even as you lay down at night you might call to mind Ps 4.8 "In peace I will both lie down and sleep ...". The third and last I'll recommend will be "neighbor" and I'll let you find the verses you would like to help you with this one. Three good words to begin a Christian meditation.

There are several things you can meditate on. You could ask God for a fresh revelation of the cross. You could pick a verse of scripture and meditate on that. The choices are only limited by what you want to know about your heavenly Father.

My meditation usually winds up being His face....sometimes I am a baby and we are on a beach...he picks me up and twirls me about like a dad playing with a boy...feels very secure.
Focus on how deep His love is...we really cannot comprehend in fullness, meditation is the closest I have come to having a glimpse of it.

According to Felix's comments above, driving a car is not mentioned in the bible either and has no link to christianity. Following such thinking, you should not drive any automobiles.
Same goes for yoga, using cell phones, using the treadmill, playing basketball, etc.
