Well it could be some other factures other then what you drink. True it might be one of those cases where it gets worse before it gets better but look at the other external facts. Stress for instance, are you still under the same amount of stress? What about oil and things like that? On your skin, drinking just water isn't going to help an oily skin problem.
Another thing is how often do you watch your face? Do you use make-up? If so you might want to watch your face in the morning before you put it on then when you get home wash it off. Most facial washes recommend you wash your face twice a day and believe me it helps with all those kinds of factors.
Have you thought about a facial mask? it's something you do once a week but it takes off dead skin cells and also can shrink pimples. True at first this might take some time but believe me it will help with some of the problems. It also helps you relax atleast 15 to 20 minutes over the weekend.

Have you been eating anything different lately that could be the cause of the breakout? Water should do nothing but help hydrate your body and is a good thing overall - bottled water is actually worse for you than tap water, by the way. If you've been eating fatty foods like lots of peanut butter, chocolate, meat, olives, avocados, etc your body may be more prone to break out. It really depends on the person - peanut butter causes one of my friends to break out badly, but it doesn't affect me.
Try keeping a food journal if you really want to monitor what you're putting into your body, then go see a dermatologist if your problem doesn't clear itself in a few weeks. And remember to rinse your face after exercise, and wash your face only with warm water - never cold!

Hi its kind of a detox for your body so you will break out alot, especially if your not trying to detox by still eating the same as you do.
I had a bad experiance I was doing theb madal bal tree syrup detox and I broke out really really bad, and it was only suppose to last a few days as you only drink that for 10 days so as you can imagine it was hard but I had to stop as my face in two days was terrible. So I suppose if I was to only drink this the process of my skin breaking out would last longer, which I think is why your breaking out even thought its water not the syrup that your drinking its still a big change to you body.
Its just water detoxing you face, but really bad spots do take ages to clear up so they might be on the mend just taking time to go, .
What I would do is drink you 2 litres of water that your body needs and then start to drink other stuff as well as water. You havent chaged your eating either have you as this could also be why.

It sounds like the water is flushing your body of all the toxins and is expelling these through your pores.
I would continue drinking the water and if it is still not better within a week I would visit a local dermatologist.
I would also try using a facial scrub or face mask to help bring out the impurities and help to clear your pores.

Water alone is not a cure for acne. Eating a healthly diet, exercise, vitamins (high doses of zinc are good for clearing it up), and washing your face all are factors too. Try Proactive.

Water is good but sometime we will need the right products to help our body with the restoration efforts.
There is this brand called "Natural Sea Beauty' which uses Dead Sea minerals that are fantastic for cleansing Agnes, check it out at:

it's our hormones. you need to find a great product that keeps your face oil and shine free for 12 hours which I use. I've never had any complaints about it. You need to cleanse and tone and moisturize twice a day everyday it's very important that your keep your pores clean because bacteria clogs pores and causes you to breakout. It may be the weather now that it's getting humid and hot opens up the pores oil comes out collecting dirt and clogs the pore.this is what i use http://cgarcia1.qbeautyzone.com/products/product.aspx?itemno=E5018
