They're pretty close but I'd say manners are more the basic level of decency expected while etiquette is more of an artform.

There is no difference. Etiquette and manners are interchangeable words all dealing with acceptable,appropriate,well-
considered behavior that enable a person to get along in the world without being offensive.

Manners has more to do with being polite - yes mams and no sirs, don't talk with your mouth full, cover your mouth when you yawn.
Etiquette is a set of rules that should be followed - how to set a table, the proper way to butter your bread, things of that nature.
Having good manners is part of having good etiquette.

Manners is more about common sense day-to-day interaction. Etiquette is more formal and has to do with customs and protocol.
Examples:
Manners: Hold the door open for a lady.
Etiquette: Where the salad fork goes in a place setting.

manners are like actually doing "the right thing" saying Thank you
Sending Thank you notes. Opening the door
Etiquette is the protocol you are supposed to follow
Like not putting where you are registered on the wedding invites those go on the shower invites
