my friend likes this guy nd his myspace display name is "savi" nd my friend jessica was like "oooh, omg whats he know about that" so then my friend that likes the guy waz like "why, whats that mean" nd my other friend said "oh, nothing"
she knows but idk why she didnt tell her lol
anyways---------what does savi mean in spanish (normally im damn close to fluent in spanish but i guess im not that close. lololol)

You're still close to fluent in Spanish...
Savi doesn't mean anything in Spanish. It may stand for something, or it may be Internet jargon, or some kind of slang, but it's not a word.
And don't confuse it with "sabe," which is pronounced similarly. "Sabe" means you know, he knows, she knows or Who knows?

The only thing that crosses my mind, would be
sabi = short for sabiondo = Que presume de sabio sin serlo.
It is someone who pressumes of being wise, without being it.
