(Leviticus 15:1) And the LORD spake unto Moses and to Aaron, saying,
(Leviticus 15:2) Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When any man hath a running issue out of his flesh, because of his issue he is unclean.
(Leviticus 15:3) And this shall be his uncleanness in his issue: whether his flesh run with his issue, or his flesh be stopped from his issue, it is his uncleanness.

Try a "Modern English" translation instead of the "Middle English" you quoted.
Lev 15:1 The LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron. He said,
2 “Speak to the people of Israel. Tell them, ‘Suppose liquid waste is flowing out of a man’s body. That liquid is not “clean.”
3 It does not matter whether it continues to flow out of his body or is blocked. It will make him “unclean.” Here is how his liquid body waste will make him “unclean.”

What I got from that scripture was that he was probably talking about leprosy. That was the big health issue of those days and you were considered "unclean" if you had it. Those afflicted by the "issue" of leprosy had to walk thru town calling out "unclean, unclean" so people would know to stay because it was devastating and very contagious. Hope this helps.

The Lord said to Moses and Aaron, 2 “Give the following instructions to the people of Israel.
“Any man who has a bodily discharge is ceremonially unclean. 3 This defilement is caused by his discharge, whether the discharge continues or stops. In either case the man is unclean. 4 Any bed on which the man with the discharge lies and anything on which he sits will be ceremonially unclean. 5 So if you touch the man’s bed, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. 6 If you sit where the man with the discharge has sat, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. 7 If you touch the man with the discharge, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. 8 If the man spits on you, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. 9 Any saddle blanket on which the man rides will be ceremonially unclean. 10 If you touch anything that was under the man, you will be unclean until evening. You must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. 11 If the man touches you without first rinsing his hands, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. 12 Any clay pot the man touches must be broken, and any wooden utensil he touches must be rinsed with water.
I believe that it is any kind of bodily discharge.... whether he has seeping wounds, urinary or 'other discharges'

In this case, it probably refers to pus and ooze from an open sore. This would be in keeping with some types of venereal disease.
In other context, it can also refer to semen, as in nocturnal emissions and regular ejaculation.
