Some do.
Opus Dei for example, small groups from the Confranternity of Penitents, a few others. It is not really a large practice anymore (actually never really was that large in the first place probably at it's peak in the 1500s or so).
But I suspect there will always be people who subscribe to it.
EDIT" To the person below me Sher:
Nothing wrong witht the name Judas for at least the following two reasons:
1. Based on theory Judas Iscariot had no choice but to betray Jesus in order to fulfill the prophecy.
2. Writings outside the Bible (and in Luke) refer to the Apostle Thaddeus as Judas the Zealot (believed that he might be Judas the son of James) but other authors changed it as not to be confused with Judas Iscariot. Believed in name actually to be Judas Thaddeus he is referred to as St. Jude the Apostle.
I would say it shows alot about YOUR character and knowledge that you were willing to jump to these conclusion and did not even know of the practices of Mortification as well as the second apostle Judas.
It sometimes amazes me how little people know about most things.
