For a more recent example look for a copy of Roy Jones Jr. fight against Chris Byrd. Was it Byrd?
Anyway, earlier in the year, Jones had been disqualified and lost for the first time in his career.
In the re-match I think it was in the first round, Jones wound up, leapt forward and threw a beautiful left hook. Sensational!!!
p.s. Sorry it was Antoine Byrd. Might as well have been Larry Bird, Big Bird, or Lady Bird Johnson the way Antoine was laid out by Roy's leaping left hook. Awesome punch. He was knocked senseless.

It's when you leap while throwing a left hook. How obvious can it get?
Anyways to El Teke, no it was not Byrd, it was Montell Griffin, RJJ never fought Byrd.

push with your rear foot and pop out your left hook. Make sure to keep your weight underneath you and stay tight. One more thing if you really want power in it pivet your rear foot first and maintain your balace.

It's when you put on a leotard, jump across the ring with your legs outstretched, and clobber your opponent.
