Im a 20 year old male. 6'2 230lbs.

I was in great shape when I was between age 13-18.

But then Highschool ended and I quit playing sports and gained alot of weight. At one point I was 300lbs.. was 205 when I graduated.

I lost 70lbs to get down to 230 and want to get back down to 200.

I been working out and running and eatting better.

But I have horriable stretch marks (which I know will never go away) an like really really flabby fat, that is all gushy and gross?

If I get back down to 200lbs will this crap go away???

Let's apply a little math and physics here:

Calories in = calories out
Calories in = kinetic energy + potential energy
(potential energy is stored energy or fat)
(kinetic energy is energy used, creates heat, demonstrated when one perspires during exercise or metabolic processes)

So it is evident to control potential energy (fat), one must either decrease calories in or increase exercise or both.

It takes a life style change, most aren't willing to adjust priorities to make it happen.

The "really flabby fat" is skin. Since you lost weight the fat has gone away, but the skin has stayed. You might want to go and see a doctor or a nutrionist. You really need to moisterize your stretch marks or they will get worse. Keep exercising and eating well and you should get a good body back, but i'm no expert. Good luck.

Stretch marks used to be considered irreversible, but now there's hope.

Phytolastil was the first formula to be clinically proven effective against stretch marks. It was first formulated in 1975 after a landmark study on stretch marks, and has been clinically proven many times since. Phytolastil is household name in France, and is recommended by skin specialists, dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons and gynecologists around the world

Developed by Laboratoire Lierac of Paris, Phytolastil works because of a unique Alchemilla, Climbing Ivy and Horsetail formula. This amazing herbal blend has withstood the test of time and is considered to be the leading stretch mark treatment in France and many other countries.

Phytolastil works because its Alchemilla, Climbing Ivy and Horsetail formula tackles the problem at source. It stimulates fibroblast cells in the skin which produce protein fibres, reversing the damage and restoring smoothness.

One formulation is used to diminish existing stretch marks and another is used to prevent these disfiguring marks:-

i) Phytolastil Ampoules - Diminishes existing stretch marks

With 80% concentration of the extracts Alchemilla, Climbing Ivy and Horsetail, Phytolastil Ampoules act intensively to reactivate fibroblast cells and produce protein fibers, which help to repair and smoothen skin. First results are visible after 25 days. With continued use, stretch marks fade and become narrower until they are less noticeable. Use one ampoule twice daily on stretch marks for six to eight weeks.

Results are permanent, and you can stop once the stretch marks are treated!

If you're a young teen going through puberty…
If you're starting on a diet or strenuous exercise…
If you find yourself putting on a lot of weight…

you are at risk for getting stretch marks!

Arm yourself with Phytolastil Gel, which has a 92% effectiveness rate for preventing stretch marks. Containing a 35% concentration of active extracts, Phytolastil Gel fortifies your skin against the factors that cause stretch marks.

The flabby fat is extra skin. when you were fat your skin stretched now that you are getting skinny the skin justs stays. if i were you i would loose all the weight and when you are satisfied
look in to surgery to get the extra skin out.

you have only done two years worth of damage. People get back into shape after doing ten years of damage and more. You are still very young, it shouldn't be that hard to get it back.
