LOL notice to Stephen Colbert for President: I hate to burst your bubble- yet claiming their is an equivalent yet opposite stress opposign G-d is conventional as dualism and replaced into first contemporary in Zoroastianism, Mithraism, then watered down in Christianity, resurrected contained in the Manichean heresy and multiple gnostic cults, the Cathers which the Church wiped out int he thirteenth century have been all dualists to boot.

Mama, nothing wrong in writing GD or anything if it is with a positive note. In today's world, everyone is fast and even they want to do everything fast. So instead of writing fully GOD they simply put their own made abbreviations as short cut. Mama do not get angry wit th these. Maintain your patience in these silly things.

God is a title. The Bible says there are many gods and many lords but only one Almighty. God's name is Jehovah and we should use his name. Jesus used his name and so should we.

John 17:6 “I have made your name manifest to the men you gave me out of the world.

John 17:26 And I have made your name known to them and will make it known, in order that the love with which you loved me may be in them and I in union with them.”

"EVERYONE who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved." (Romans 10:13) With these words the apostle Paul stressed how vital it is for us to know God's name. His statement brings us back to our original question: Why did Jesus put the 'hallowing,' or 'sanctifying,' of God's name at the very beginning of his Model Prayer, ahead of so many other important matters? To understand this, we need to grasp a little better the meanings of two key words.

That is fear. It is fear of the curse of the law. Whoever does not do the entire law is under a curse. In the old covenant, it was considered bad to say the name of God or spell it.

It's a Jewish thing, they respect the word too much to write it out. Similarily, whenever Musims speak the name of a Prophet they place (PBUH) after it (peace be upon him).

Jewish people do not spell out the entire name of God, for it is considered too holy to write out.

Jews hate vowels that's why Hebrew doesn't have any. That's why Jesus was a heretic. He promoted the integration of the 'vowel' in Hebrew. After all, can you understand J-S-S?

LOL
