Well, by pure definition, anniversary means "yearly" (root word "anni" as in "annual" or "anno domini").
This doesn't mean you can't do something special at particular milestones like two weeks or a month. Still, try not to see these marks as accomplishments or goals- relationships are supposed to be fun, so who's to count? Enjoy every moment as an anniversaary because this moment is all you'll ever have!

Your official anniversary would be a year from when you started dating....but why not celebrate your monthlies up until then? me and my bf actually decided to make turns every month doing somethin special for each other...even if it's just a picnic or having dinner! it gives you guys some 'special time' to relax and really talk to each other...

Try a one month anniversary. He may not realize that he has been with you for that long, so surprise him.
