a hepa filter on your vacuum and air conditioner/heater will help keep it down, but you can't eliminate it. some of that is dead skin cells that have come off your body. also using cleaning products that stop static on electronics will help.

switch of the Sun ,wich causes dust because it dries things out .
or cover the globe in forrests so that it always rains ,

then we will have no dust
