Red meat contains a lot of fat you cannot see, so yes it can be bad for your diet. Stick to fish or fowl. Always skin fowl before cooking.

With the nutritionist today, the normal thought is that eating red meats are bad for you. But the truth maybe actually eating meats can be good for you if you are in the 25 % of the population that your body can tolerate meats and red meats. Some people can and some people cannot. This you have to find out which one you are by having your body tested as to what foods you are allergic to. Each body is different and each persons emotional make up is different and personality is different. Based on these factors your body processed food differently. One thing is for sure, though, eating processed meats from feed houses and corn feed houses is very bad for you. AS these meats contain hormones for growth and chemicals and antibiotics. These drugs are not good for the human. So try to buy grass feed meats from all the animals. Let fats and more lean.
