A Cessna 206 (seats 6) will cost an average $330,000.
A Cessna 172 (seats 4) can cost about $150,000, although this type is so common that a used version can probably be found for much less.
Other similar types will fall in the same price range, with 5-6 seaters costing a low of $300,000 new. For lower prices, check with your local airport FBO, they should be able to point you in the direction of local used aircraft for sale.

A quick look at trade-a-plane shows several early model Cherokee 6's for 75K and a few 60 model Cessna 206 for 75-90K (These are older aircraft so probably will need some updates.
Why not just go look at
http://tradeaplane.com you can find all sorts.

Depends on the make and model. They range from $100,000 for used Pipers and Cessnas to over $1,000,000 for TBMs and Pilatus.
