Try out Cheap Joes Art Stuff-they are a great supply company (catalog and website) but also the sitee has a good tutor section with step by steps. Artists magazine ia based on a step-by step glimpse of a different artist's works every month. Well done. I don't know if they have a site.

go to www.newcenturytv.com. click on artist and for $5.00 a month you can watch lots of artist's videos on how to draw and paint. Five hours worth, plus $1.50 an hour after that.
technical video rental.com has lots you can get in the mail for around $10.each for a weeks rental, shipping included both ways. If you find a keeper it is easy to go to that artists web site and buy more directly from the artist.

why do you want videos you cannot ask questions to a image on a screen. you need to locate a local college along with a sketch book and a portfolio of work that you have done sign on a course and be tutored by someone that is alive and you can interact with them ? what is other art.?
