i amnot able to complete what i have decided to do and my papers are just few days after

Grab a soda with caffeine, go for a brief walk, and come back. Start working on your papers for 10 mintues at a time. Knock out little chunks of your project throughout the day. Be sure to take frequent breaks. Reweard yourself when you reach your goal.

Have an apple when ur sleepy this will help you instead of having tea or coffee. Try this.

Stand up, do a few exercises, have a coffee, or a soda with caffeine. Get your blood flowing, and it will wake you up.
