There is only one way that anyone will ever change. That is, if they want to change.
You know that old saying, "Change comes from within."
If you have discussed whatever it is about her that you would like to see change, and she agrees, then you can be an instrument for that change, but she has to supply the air for the instrument. She has to be the one to not only want to change, but to initiate.
When you see any little sign of progress, that is the time for two things: Praise + Encouragement. That will equal Progress. Just remember PEP and remember that showing appreciation for your significant other in the form of compliments and small random acts of kindness will get you far! A flower, a piece of candy, a foot rub, doing the dishes for her....I think you get the drift.
You will be appreciated and loved all the more.
If she is dead set against change then you have two choices; live with it and don't complain about it, or move along.
It's important for you both to have not only what you desire but also what you need in a relationship. I personally do not settle for anything less than I dream of and it has worked one big miracle for me. I have the man of my dreams and more.
Good luck. Be gentle, be kind, be open, be honest. You will soar like an eagle with these things on your wings.

Possibly, but what are her ways? How do you think she should change? Might you also need to do some changing?

It just depends on what it is, but u have to be willing to change alittle 2. This will really test the love thats there on who is willing to bend for the other person.

you haven't explained about the ways you are talking about. but anyway some people never change, but there are a few who can and do change but you must remember that you cannot change that person, they have to change for themselves and they also have to do it themselves as well.

you don't specify what she needs to change
maybe you need to stand back and see why you want her to change...is it something that she CAN change? is it something you want her to change just for you? is it something she really needs to change?
no one is going to change for no reason...be supportive of her, let her know why she needs to change her ways, be gentle and then see what happens
if you nag her, she will NEVER change...make her see how it would make her life easier, better, happier or should i say more positive if she changes...then be there for her while she tries

The magic 8-ball says: if you're asking this Q, she probably never will in time before you drop her like a bad habit.

Probably not. People don't change their behavior unless they are motivated to change. That has to happen internally and there isn't anything you can do to effect it. Sorry.
