No. If it's a sin to be a leftie (I'm assuming politics here), then it's also a sin to be a rightie.
The Left condones the murder of babies in abortion, homosexuality, and a number of other things that Christianity is dead-set against. Those things aren't reconcilable.
On the other hand, the Right condones the rights of the rich to abuse the poor, aggressive war, and cutthroat materialism. Those things, also, cannot be reconciled with Christianity.
The truth is, that since we all fall somewhere in the spectrum, we have to pick the best from both groups and make hard decisions on politics (Politics, after all, is always partly corrupt and lusting for power, no matter who's doing it).
In religion, Christianity is a revealed religion. This means that it shouldn't be up to us to determine what is true and what isn't. In that case, the conservative side would win almost by default. The faith cannot be based on the opinions of men, and every call of "I don't like that; it should change" is an opinion of men, but this doesn't make them Hellbound (and in fact, the society may have changed enough for the application of truth to change). It just means that the default in the religion is conservative.

In the past, there was actually a lot of discrimnation against left-handers. In Catholicism, nuns would beat your left hand with a rule until you used the 'right' hand. In Islam, left-handed children would have their left hands dug into the hot sand, where the burns would be so bad that they had no choice but to use their 'right' hand.
Other examples:
-Jesus sits at the right hand of God
-You throw salt over your left shoulder to keep out the devil
-The very meaning of 'right' is good, or correct

That is a common myth that started with the Catholic church. They claimed that the left-handed path was that of Satan... while it might seem silly to some.. those of us who are lefties have had to deal with that stigma in many ways.
For example, when I was a child, my grade school teacher forced me to learn to write with my right hand based on that superstition. You'll find many other left-handed people who've had similar experiences.

Kallan, the same thing happened to me with my first grade teacher! She actually thought I was evil for an absurd 3-fold reason: I was left handed, adopted, and well-versed in sarcasm at the age of 6. When I went into her class I could already read and write in cursive, she tried to send me back to kindergarten because I "lacked motor skills". Of course I couldn't cut paper, no one could with that dull/rusty pair of leftie scissors she gave me. Luckily, my Mom stuck up for me.

That's what the nuns at my Catholic school used to think. They thought I was a demon child because I was left handed and my favorite number was 6. When I was learning how to right, they'd force me to us my right hand by tying my left one behind my back. Teachers wondered why I had such poor handwriting in school, that was why. I can't right worth a crap with my right hand. One good thing about being home schooled from 5 grade up is that I got to practice using my left hand to write.

That makes no sense at all. If all of "God's" children are created in his image then he created that person as left handed, therefore He would be evil if that was the case.
All of these silly old wives tales are just ignorant people trying to explain away the things that they don't understand.

none of that is true. ppl that lft handd dont g2 hell or spen day w devil before u were born. ther is no heaven, no hell, just a hole in th dirt whee u lay for eternity!
my friend is left handed and he family is VERY religous.
