Stretch out good before doing any of these;
Push Ups (I used to do 30 push ups during the commercials when I watch TV, gives you a decent workout and allows you to rest, and watch your favorite show all at the same time).
Sit Ups/Crunches (Do these anywhere)
Pull Ups (Hang a pull up bar from a tree in your backyard, if you have a house, if you rent an apartment, I'm sure you can find a place to do pull ups, such as under a stairwell, from your balcony, or find a jogging path or a nearby playground. I enjoy doing pullups at the nearest playground, because when I go jogging early in the morning, there is no one at the playground. I don't disturb the kids because they aren't there).
Jog (I mention jogging because it increases your cardiovascular endurance. All athletes jog, because it allows them to work out longer and harder)

Some basic ways to build upper body strength without weights or anything could be....
-Push-ups = do about 15-20 when you wake up and the same amount before you go to bed. And increase every day or so.
-Grab heavier large objects and use them as weights.
-Or you could go buy some freeweights and just use those.
But you'll start feeling it after about the first week.

Try push-ups between chairs. Go slowly at first. This movement has a much longer range of motion than a std. push-up or even a bench press. Try to add one rep for every workout day. Just don't hurt your tendons, joints or ligaments by trying to do too much too soon.

you can get small weights or something and just "box" while holding the weights
you can do crunches, pushups...
you can just look up upper body strength building or something in google. something is bound to show up.

i chanced on a brilliant thank you to apply your very own capability to coach your triceps and biceps. positioned your arms at the same time inclusive of your precise hand on the backside and your left on the suited, then pull in direction of your self inclusive of your precise hand and attempt to maintain your hand returned inclusive of your left. try this till your hands experience like they are going to fall off. Repeat with left hand. this would not build a very good kind of muscle, and you are able to basically do it till you do preacher curls (basically pulling a weight up, keeping apart the bicep) and then do push-united statesalong with that.
