Theres this guy in my class and i think he likes me but maby he just being annoying.He always looks at me and takes my pencil and emptys the led onto the floor and thinks it the funniest thing in the world and also takes some of my stuff and then writes notes on my note book to me. Do u think he likes me or is just annoying? If he does like me should i flirt or is there another way to get him to aske me out first because i really dont want to ask him out.

Sweetie, I really think he is annoying and I think you should find someone else, woudl you really want to date a person who is always "playing" and not really serious, I would leave him alone and find another man who will not take your stuff and break them and just annoy you!
He really does not sound like the romeo to me, and it sonds like you deserve better!
He sounds like the type of guy who is in detention, and he throws the pencils up to the ceiling to see how many really stick!
Do you really find interest in this guy?

Wow...i guess guys are really jerks :). Anyway, this is a very common way for guys to interact with girls. He doesn't want to look weak in front of his friends by having normal conversation so he picks on you so he can interact with you. Maybe he is shy and doesn't know what to say, so instead of just talking to him at class with other people, you could meet him outside of class. This is basically a guy's way of saying, "Hey, i want to talk with you and make you notice me"...unfortunately this is the "manly" way of doing so. *Don't let it rub off on you the wrong way*

Next time he does that, ask him if he is going to ask you out, or will he just continue playing these childish games? That should give you the answer you need quickly, easily and virtually pinlessly!

Girl, i knew a guy who was just like that. he was always stealing my stuff and just plain annoying me. So If you don't like tell him to lay off. And don't go out with him if you don't want to. Otherwise forget a word I just said.

Boys are so weird at flurting so you can never really tell, but you should get to be friends with one of his friends, then ask him to ask for you if he likes you of not, then you'll find out the easy way. Or, you can ask one of your friends, or even do it yourself.

thats weird. i would say if he does like you he isnt familiar to how to get a girls attention. maybe thats his way of just flirting with you. you never really know with a boy like that. maybe he is annoying you just to see how you would react.
