My inclined answer is it can. Cause most raw eggs can be safely kept for a few weeks before being eaten.

My inclined answer is it can. I left 2 boiled eggs in a pot of water 3 days ago because I had forgotten to eat them. The reasoning why I think it can be eaten is because boiled eggs are already cooked, whereas raw unboiled eggs are uncooked and are also stored for at least a few weeks.

This is my observation a few minutes ago from boiling 2 new eggs and comparing them with 2 reboiled eggs from 3 days ago. The reboiled eggs has light grey coloured yolks about 5mm thick, with the inner yolk still yellow. But the yolks smelt a bit stinkier - so I didn't eat them. The new boiled eggs have totally fresh looking yellow yolks. When the yolks were eaten, I could taste the chicken meat within it. I guess that's about it. Thanks for answering my question. Hope everyone learns something from it. Cheers.
