PICKLE JUICE USES
1. When the pickle jar is empty, use the leftover pickle juice as a marinade for making pickled beets or green beans.
2. Cook thin sticks of carrots until just tender. Marinate in leftover dill pickle juice overnight in the refrigerator.
3. A little leftover pickle juice mixed with mayonnaise makes a tasty salad dressing.
4. Use leftover pickle juice in a marinade for kebabs
5. Hard boil some eggs and peel then place in jar with juice. Leave for 2-3 for eggs to absorb the flavor. Keep in refrigerator.

Make pickled beets:
Combine 1 liter cider vinegar, 1 cup sugar, 20 peppercorns, 1 tsp. coriander seeds. Boil to dissolve sugar and add your leftover pickle juice.
Add 4 or 5 beets, quartered, and boil about 1/2 hour.
Cool and put in glass jars.
Chill. Ready to use immediately, keeping refrigerated.
You can keep adding quartered and steamed beets to the leftover liquid. Boil again for a couple of minutes each time.

Pickle juice is good for you if you like to drink. On the other hand, I found that when I BBQ Pork on my grill I sprinkle Vinegar and water and use the Pickle Juice as an extra flavor. The secrets to my BBQ is being revealed to you.
Now to further exam Pickle Juice lets just take a read on the wild side of things...........Professional, college and high school football teams are beginning to clamor for pickle juice for their players as a way to stave off muscle cramps. Cristanine sais that the salt content, along with the acetic acid (vinegar), in pickle juice make it attractive to athletic trainers and players.
Pickle juice contains salt, calcium chloride and vinegar, in addition to flavorings (dill, bread & butter, etc). The basic ingredients are similar to what you would find in isotonic drinks. Where pickle juice has acetic acid, isotonic drinks contain citric acid. Both are regular good for you and your tummy so drink up and get more for your money out of that jar I say.
Have a nice day!

If you or someone you know like pickled eggs, just boil eggs, put them in the jar with the juice and refrigerate for a few hours or even days. My ex loved these.

You can heat it and pour it over some veggie chunks to pickle them. Or you can add to all sorts of salads like potato salad, tuna salad, chicken salad and even in marinades with oil and spices.

It's dill juice, put a splash or two of it in a bloody mary. I knew a bartender who taught me that trick and now I'm hooked on it.

My husband and 2 yr. old daughter drink it. I think you could add a little to potato salad for flavor.
