What is your favorite way to make pasta???

Aunt Mary's Baked Macaroni With Three Cheeses

1 lb. cooked and drained penne pasta
3 T butter ( not margarine)
1 C. grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 C. ricotta cheese
1/2 C . grated mozzarella cheese
1 & 1/2 C. whipping cream
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt ,
Pinch of cayenne pepper


In a buttered casserole,toss the macaroni with melted butter, add the three cheeses and mix well. Combine the cream and spices... mix well. Pour the cream mixture over the pasta and mix all .
Bake in a preheated 400 oven for about 20 minutes until top is browned.

I make spaghetti and serve it with the sauce stirred in. Then if there are leftovers, I fry it in butter to reheat it. Gives it a new flavor the next day. If you don't have access to a skillet, because you're reheating it in the microwave at work, put butter (or margarine) in it to heat it up then too. If you make toast and sprinkle it with garlic salt or powder after you butter it, it can be popped into the microwave for about 10-15 seconds for garlic bread to go with your spaghetti. Add salad & you're on a roll.
