i have been getting specks of white bits in my stools and also feeling sick and dizzy - what could be wrong with me?

Maybe you are not digesting something you are taking or eating. Do you take a white vitamin or any other pill that is white? that could be it. But the sick and dizzy part I don't know. Make an appt. to talk to your doctor.

Not sure about 'white bits' could be you have inflammation and are passing mucus. See a Doctor.
